• Hourly fees are $75 per hour when not committed to a packaged plan or when time exceeds what a packaged plan offers.

• Hourly fees includes correspondence via phone, email, and texts.

• Transition planning assistance and guardianship support would fall under hourly rates.

• Parents will be provided an itemized invoice of services provided.

Total cost $300 to include:

• Parent Meeting for intake information and strategy - up to 60 minutes

• Full Records Review - current eligibility, 504 plan, or IEP; discipline history; medical history (if applicable); report cards from 2 years; relevant teacher reports and/or communications

• Blueprint for Success - summary of strengths and needs; plan of next steps; strategies for how to obtain student needs

*This package does not include attendance at a school meeting. If you would like to add in person attendance for a school meeting (i.e. IEP, 504, SRT, MTSS, etc.),please add $150 to this package price. This will also include one post IEP status update.

Total Cost $400 to include:

• Pre-meeting documentation review (IEP draft, current IEP, previous year IEP or 504 plan)

• Any team correspondence to include email, phone calls, texts

• Parent meeting prior to IEP meeting for planning and expectations - up to 90 minutes

• In person IEP meeting attendance and support - up to 60 minutes

• Post IEP Follow Up - what’s next?

• 2 additional 30 minute phone meetings post IEP implementation for parents to provide updates and/or ask further questions

*Please note, any meeting exceeding the allocated times above will accrue additional fees at the $75 hourly rate. This package includes 1 in person school meeting and 1-3 parent meetings as needed.

• Parent meeting up to 90 minutes to discuss: Advocate summary of current information; what to expect at the initial evaluation meeting; goals/strategies/synthesizing information to create plan(s)

• In person meeting attendance of Initial Evaluation / Triennial Review

• Parent meeting to recap if needed via phone

• In person meeting attendance of Evaluation results & Eligibility determination

• Review of proposed IEP draft and suggested edits as appropriate

• Parent meeting prior to the IEP meeting up to 60 minutes

• In person meeting attendance for annual IEP

• 2 additional 30 minute phone meetings post IEP implementation for parents to provide updates and/or ask further questions
